Before beginning any credit education or document preparation services, you will be required to review and sign the following documents as part of the onboarding process:
Client Services Agreement
Authorization to Assist with Credit Disputes
Consumer Credit File Rights Disclosure (per the Credit Repair Organizations Act – CROA)
Notice of Right to Cancel
Our services may include the following:
Credit Education & Document Support: We help you understand the information in your credit reports and identify any items you believe may be inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. You have full discretion in selecting which items you want to dispute.
Dispute Correspondence Preparation: At your direction, we prepare correspondence to help you dispute inaccurate or obsolete information with credit reporting agencies.
Support & Guidance: You agree to share with us any correspondence you receive from credit bureaus related to your disputes, and we will help guide your next steps.
Coaching & Monitoring: Our team provides coaching and informational support through phone, email, webinars, video conferencing, or other available channels during normal business hours.
